RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- Airport charge may apply.
- If you want to cancel your reservation it must be done 48 hours prior to pick-up time. CANCELLATION CHARGES MAY APPLY.
- Trip is canceled in the 48-hour time period before the trip, you will be charged the full amount.
- REFUND POLICY - 100% refund ONLY for cancellations made 48 hours or more from the time of service.
- Trip changes can be made at any time.
- No Show Fees: A passenger who schedules a trip but does not show, or does not cancel the trip at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time is considered to be a “No Show”. No show clients are charged and must pay an established “No Show fee”
