Orange Tours and Transportation, LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services, stroller rentals, and related operational, logistical, and safety services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Orange Tours and Transportation, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By booking, reserving, purchasing, or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all limitations of liability, waivers, disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and risk assumptions. If you do not agree, do not use or book our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

2.1 Reservation Requirements

  • All reservations must be made via our official website, phone, or email.
  • A reservation is not guaranteed until valid payment is provided, payment successfully processes, and a confirmation is issued.
  • We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any reservation for any reason, including availability, safety, operational restrictions, or policy violations.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Valid credit card required at booking.
  • Full payment is charged approximately 5 days (120 hours) before service.
  • If payment fails, the reservation may be canceled without notice.
  • Reservation is confirmed only after payment is fully processed.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations 120 to 48 hours before service.
  • No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours for any reason, including illness, schedule changes, personal emergencies, airline delays, weather, or acts of third parties.
  • Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

Trip Insurance (+15%)

  • Allows cancellations/rescheduling up to 1 hour before departure.
  • Reimbursement: full ticket minus trip protection and processing fee.
  • No refund after the 1-hour mark.

2.4 No-Show Policy

  • Considered a no-show if customer fails to appear, fails to contact the driver, or is not present when driver must depart.
  • No-shows are charged full fare with no refund.

3. Pickup, Wait Times & Flight Rules

3.1 Non-Airport Pickups

  • 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from scheduled pickup.
  • Extended waiting may be offered if scheduling permits, billed at $10 per 10 minutes.
  • If extended waiting is unavailable, the driver departs at 15 minutes.
  • No-show after 15 minutes: full fare charged.

3.2 Airport Pickups – Orlando International Airport (MCO)

  • Pickup based on actual flight arrival at gate, not scheduled time.
  • Meet & greet inside terminal: driver meets passengers at baggage claim or designated area.
  • Curbside pickup is NOT provided during weather delays, lightning, ramp closures, or gate restrictions.
  • Included wait time:
    • Domestic flights: 30 minutes
    • International flights (U.S. customs required): 50 minutes
  • After included wait time: $1.00 per additional minute.
  • No refund for airport no-show if extended waiting is unavailable.

3.3 Flight Delays & Early Arrivals

  • Vehicle availability cannot always be guaranteed.
  • Drivers will pick up as soon as possible based on vehicle and driver availability.
  • Accurate flight information is required; failure may result in missed service with no refund.

4. Safety, Customer Conduct & General Rules

  • Vehicles cannot exceed seating capacity.
  • Alcohol and drug use are prohibited by law.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles.
  • Pets / emotional support animals are welcome; cleaning fees may apply to maintain vehicle cleanliness.

5. Port & Other Locations

  • Hourly rate: $75/hour
  • Domestic arrivals: 40 minutes free waiting; thereafter billed in 15-minute increments.
  • International arrivals: 50 minutes free waiting; thereafter billed in 15-minute increments.
  • Delays due to weather or technical issues managed as soon as possible.
  • Customer cancellations due to disagreement with alternative arrangements: 80% penalty.

Grace Periods

  • Non-airport/port locations: 15 minutes after scheduled pickup.
  • After 15 minutes: reservation canceled with 100% penalty.
