Cancellations - 24 hours! After submitting your reservation Orange Transportation will call or send you an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your reservation. Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation notice of three business days is required before the service date.

No refunds will be issued after three days only future credit for our services.

+15% Trip Insurance

By opting for trip protection at an additional 15% cost, you can cancel or reschedule your journey for any reason until one hour before departure. You will receive a full refund for each ticket, minus the trip protection cost and any processing fees.

Airport and Port waiting times are billed hourly at $75.

For domestic arrivals, airport rates encompass 40 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the scheduled arrival time. Subsequently, charges will be incurred at the prevailing hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments. The driver will wait no more than one hour after the airport system indicates "aircraft at the gate," meeting passengers in a designated area per the regulations of each airport's administration.

For international arrivals, airport rates include 50 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled arrival time. Subsequently, the effective hourly rate will be charged in 15-minute increments.

The driver will wait no longer than two hours after the airport system indicates "aircraft at the gate" for passengers in a designated meet-and-greet area, as per the regulations of each airport administration.

Delays due to weather conditions or technical issues will be managed based on schedule availability. The company will perform the pickup based on vehicles and drivers available as soon as possible for every single situation. If the customer wants to cancel the pickup because they don`t agree with the alternative solution provided by the company, the penalty fee will be 80%.

Grace period

The grace period for pickups at other sites is 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If the customer does not show up 15 minutes after the schedule, the pickup should be canceled with a 100% penalty.

Safety and general rules

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity;

Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law;

Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles;

Pets / emotional support animals

Your pets / emotional support animals are very welcome in our vehicles. Otherwise, their safety and the vehicle's cleanliness are our priority. Clean fees can be applied if needed.
