Just give us a call with your updated flight information. Your driver will be tracking your original flight, so the sooner you let us know, the better. Please note a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.
We generally have a representative at each terminal (A & B). Once you get to the baggage claim area, please follow our regular procedures: Call the toll-free number (1-407-435-9720) once you have your entire luggage with you, to receive instructions on where you can meet your driver.
After you collect your luggage at the airport, your driver will meet you at baggage claim holding a sign with your name. If you can't find them, call the number we texted you the night before.

Yes. We use a flight tracking system to monitor your arrival time. Please notify us immediately if your flight details change. For connecting flights, be sure to provide those flight numbers too. If you have trouble finding your driver, call the number provided via text.
Pick-up times are scheduled 2 to 2½ hours before your flight. Your driver will confirm the exact time upon arrival. If you want a different pick-up time, call us ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
No, your driver will confirm return trip details as soon as you arrive at your destination. If you need to make any changes, please call us directly, not your driver, to update your reservation.
Yes, please select this option when booking. This helps us plan the driver's schedule. If you need more than 20 minutes, indicate that too. Extra time costs $20 (Sedan/Van) or $25 (SUV) for every additional 10 minutes.
You can ask your driver if there's time for a stop. If the driver's schedule allows, they'll be happy to accommodate you. Sometimes, tight schedules mean stops aren't possible.
On busy days, we may not be able to fit in the grocery stop if your flight is delayed. We always try to honor it, but we can't guarantee it.

Yes! We offer one backless booster in Town Cars and Sedans; one front-facing car seat and one backless booster in SUVs; and one front-facing car seat plus two boosters in vans—free of charge. Additional car seats can be added to vans for a fee.
All invoices include a service charge of 20% driver's gratuity fee. For exceptional service, the customer is free to add an extra tip.
No, gratuities are not included in our rates. However, a gratuity will be added automatically for all international arrivals, Sanford Airport pickups, and out-of-town transfers, typically any ride over 25 miles.
An added waiting fee will be added for every 15 minutes of waiting. Rates per vehicle are as follows: $15.00 (Sedan/Mini-Van/Van), $20.00 (SUV), and $20.00 (Limousine).

All terminals at Port Canaveral have a passenger drop-off and pick-up area; all you have to do is look for the passenger pre-arrangement pick-up area.
No, we don't offer shuttle service. All of our rides are prearranged and, most importantly, private, meaning no one outside of your party will ever share your vehicle. While shuttles might seem cheaper for small groups, they often involve long waits, multiple stops, and no personal touches like Meet & Greet or grocery stops.
